S 80 OATH OF OFFICE.

All persons before taking office shall take the oath of office prescribed by law, but the oath of office of City Commissioner shall be in writing and be filed with the City Treasurer and shall contain the affidavit that in his candidacy for nomination and election he has not violated any provisions of S 4 of this Charter.
