S 44 TIME OF HOLDING ELECTIONS.

Regular Municipal elections shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November in the odd numbered years. Any matter which by the terms of the Charter may be submitted to the electors of the City at any special election may be submitted at a regular Municipal election. (Amended 11-7-89)
