The City Commission shall meet at such times as may be prescribed by ordinance or resolution. The President, and 2 members of the City Commission, or the City Manager, may call a special meeting of the City Commission. All meetings of the City Commission shall comply in all respects with the open meeting laws as then in force and effect in the State of Ohio. The City Commission shall determine its own rules and order of business and shall keep a journal of its proceedings. (Amended 11-7-89)
