POWERS OF THE CITY
The inhabitants of the City of Sandusky, Ohio, as its limits now are or hereafter may be established, shall continue to be a body politic and corporate, to be known and designated as "The City of Sandusky, Ohio," and as such shall have perpetual succession. It shall have, and may exercise, all powers which now or hereafter it would be competent for this Charter specifically to enumerate, as fully and completely as though said powers were specifically enumerated herein; and no enumeration of particular powers by this Charter shall be held to be exclusive.
