The Economic Development Incentive Committee shall have the power to review and evaluate all applications for financial assistance through the Revolving Loan Fund Program and/or the Economic Development Programs and to make recommendations to the City Commission for approval of such loans and/or grants pursuant to and in accordance with the rules and guidelines established for the Revolving Loan Fund Program and the Economic Development Programs.
