Pursuant to Section 731.231 of the Ohio Revised Code, the "2009 International Property Maintenance Chapter" as published by the International Chapter Council, Inc., or as may be amended from time to time, be, and the same is hereby, adopted as the "Commercial and Industrial Property Maintenance Chapter" of the City of Sandusky, Ohio for the control of commercial and industrial property, buildings, and structures as provided therein; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said "2009 International Property Maintenance Chapter" are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set forth in this Chapter, including certain modifications and amendments as set forth in this Chapter.
