All commercial haulers shall report quarterly on April 15, July 15, October 15, and January 15, to the Board of Health on a form provided by the Health Commissioner with information necessary to track the volume of recyclable materials collected and where disposed of, participation by residents, volume of solid waste collected, and location of disposal.
