941.05 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The City of Sandusky shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this Chapter. The City of Sandusky may contract with Erie County agencies to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
