Not more than once annually, the City Manager or his designee may examine and perform an audit of the business records of any video service provider providing service or operating within the boundaries of the City of Sandusky for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of the video service provider’s calculation of video service provider fees it paid to the City of Sandusky during the audit period; and the video service provider shall make available the records to which Ohio Revised Code Section 1332.33(A) refers.
