Any public vehicle for hire driver’s license may be suspended or revoked at any time by the Chief of Police or designee for the violation of any of the terms of this chapter or any other ordinance of the City, or any law of the State of Ohio or of the United States. Any such suspension or revocation shall be noted on the license, together with a statement of the reason therefor. No driver whose license has been revoked shall again be licensed and nothing contained herein shall be construed to require a public vehicle for hire driver’s license fee to be refunded.
