747.09 REVOCATION OF PUBLIC VEHICLE FOR HIRE BUSINESS LICENSE.

The Chief of Police or designee may revoke the public vehicle for hire business license of any public vehicle for hire company or public vehicle for hire operator for any false statement contained in the application provided in Section 747.06 or the violation of any other provision of this chapter.
