747.03 CHAPTER COMPLIANCE.

No public vehicle for hire operator or public vehicle for hire company, their lessees, trustees or receivers appointed by any court whatsoever, and no public vehicle for hire driver shall operate any public vehicle for hire for the transportation of persons for hire on any street within the corporate limits of the City except in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
