135.01 COMPLIANCE WITH PREVAILING WAGE REQUIREMENTS.
   No person doing business within the City and holding himself, herself or itself out to the public, by advertising himself, herself or itself to the public, as complying with the prevailing wage law requirements, as those requirements are defined in Ohio R.C. Chapter 4115 et seq., shall advertise his, her or its services or perform any services within the City on work subject to the prevailing wage law, unless the prevailing wages are paid. All employees performing work as apprentices on prevailing wage work must be either participants in or graduates of a bona fide apprentice training program.
