1325.05 AMENDMENTS.
   The Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings, as adopted herein is modified by the amendment, enactment or deletion of the following sections as respectively indicated, which modifications are hereby adopted as set forth herein:
SECTION R103 DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING SAFETY. (Amended). 
Delete entire section.
SECTION 104.6 RIGHT OF ENTRY (Amended).    
   Where it is necessary to make an inspection to enforce the provisions of the code, or where the Building Official has reasonable cause to believe that there exists in a structure or upon a premises a condition which is contrary to or in violation of this code which makes the structure or premises unsafe, dangerous or hazardous, the Building Official or designee is authorized to enter the structure or premises at reasonable times to inspect or to perform the duties imposed by this code, provided that if such structure or premises be occupied that credentials be presented to the occupant and entry requested. If such structure or premises be unoccupied, the Building Official shall first make a reasonable effort to locate the owner, agent or other person having charge or control of the structure or premises and request entry. If entry is refused or is otherwise unobtainable, a search warrant must be obtained before such entry or inspection is made, except in the case of an existing emergency in which case entry may be made at any time and no search warrant is necessary. No person shall refuse to permit such emergency entry or inspection, nor shall any person hinder, obstruct, resist or abuse any person making or attempting to make such entry or inspection.
SUBSECTION R105.3.1.1 SUBSTANTIALLY IMPROVED OR SUBSTANTIALLY
DAMAGED EXISTING BUILDINGS IN AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING.

SUBSECTION R109.1.3 FLOODPLAIN INSPECTIONS.
Delete entire subsection.
SECTION R112 BOARD OF APPEALS.
Delete entire section.
SECTION R114.2 UNLAWFUL CONTINUANCE. (Amended)
   Any owner, agent or other person who fails to stop work within a reasonable period of time after being served with a written stop work order, may be issued a citation to appear in front of a court of competent jurisdiction. Any owner, agent or person continuing to work after receiving a citation may be subject to arrest.
SECTION R323 FLOOD-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION.
