(a) Professional design firms are encouraged to submit a statement of qualifications to the City at any time by filing with the Department of Engineering Services. Professional design firms are required to regularly update information contained in statements of qualifications submitted to the City in order to provide current information. The Director of Engineering Services shall establish procedures for receiving and maintaining statements of qualifications of professional design firms.
(b) Each professional design firm shall update its statement of qualifications not less than once each calendar year.
(c) Statements of qualifications of professional design firms on file which are not current shall not be reviewed and evaluated.
