127.02 ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER.

The Assistant City Manager shall be appointed by the City Manager, with the consent of the City Commission, and shall have such duties as are assigned to him by the City Manager and may represent the City Manager in any of the departments or divisions of the City Government of which the City Manager is the head.
