Copies of the 2005 Ohio Building Code, the 2005 Ohio Mechanical Code and the 2005 Ohio Plumbing Code adopted herein are on file with the Clerk of the Legislative Authority, the Department of Engineering Services of the City and the Erie County Law Library for inspection by the public. The Clerk of the Legislative Authority and the Department of Engineering Services also have copies available for distribution to the public at cost.
