(a) There is hereby adopted as part of the requirements of this Chapter, for the purpose of providing guidance and standards in the application and enforcement of this Chapter, and in determining whether the conditions of premises are maintained in an approved manner, the provisions of the International Property Maintenance Code, 2003 Edition, or as may be amended from time to time, the City of Sandusky Fire Prevention Code, Part 15, or as may be amended from time to time, the Ohio Fire Prevention Code, or as may be amended from time to time, the City of Sandusky Building Code, Part 13, or as may be amended from time to time, the Ohio Building Code or as may be amended from time to time, the City of Sandusky Zoning Code, Part 11, or as may be amended from time to time.
(b) Where differences occur between the provisions in this Chapter and the provisions that this section adopts, the provisions that impose the higher standard shall control.
