1305.03 REQUIRED PERMITS.

(a) Permits required for work governed by the RCO (Residential Code of Ohio) as referred to in Title Three of this Building Code shall be applied for in writing using appliation forms furnished by the Office of the Director of Engineering Services. Exceptions are as listed in the RCO.

(b) Permits required for work governed by the OBC (Ohio Building Code) as referred to in Title Three of this Building Code shall be applied for in writing using application forms furnished by the Office of the Director of Engineering Services. Exceptions are as listed in the OBC.
