   373.11 USE OF SKATEBOARDS PROHIBITED IN DOWNTOWN CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.
   (a)   No person shall use, ride or operate a skateboard in the Downtown Central Business District of the City, as defined in the Zoning Code.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
