351.14 PARKING OF COMMERCIAL TRACTOR OR TRUCK, BUS, TRAILER, MOTOR HOME, CAMPER AND WATERCRAFT.
(a)   (1)   As used in this chapter, “commercial tractor”, “commercial truck”, “motor bus”, “trailer”, “semitrailer”, “motor home”, or “truck camper” shall be defined as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4501.01
(2)   As used in this chapter, “watercraft” shall be defined as set forth in Ohio R.C. 1547.01 and includes those watercraft placed on trailers, trucks or other devices for the purpose of transporting or conveying said watercraft on land.
   (b)   No commercial tractor, commercial truck, motor bus, trailer, semitrailer, commercial vehicles in excess of six and one-half feet in height, and watercraft shall be parked or left standing on any street or alley in this City for more than two hours.
   (c)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to such vehicles used for conveying the necessary tools and materials to premises where labor using such tools and materials is to be performed, during the time of parking such vehicles or to the time during which such vehicle is being loaded or unloaded or used to delivery or hoist property or merchandise for the completion of delivery, if such loading, unloading or other activities referred to in this section are conducted diligently and without unnecessary delay. This section shall not apply to trucks or buses conveying passengers to any public meeting, assembly, church, convention or entertainment during the actual session of any such public meeting, assembly, church, convention or entertainment.
   (d)   Any person who is found guilty of any provision of this section shall be fined a minimum of fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first violation, and shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the second such violation, and shall be fined two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each subsequent violation. For the purposes of this section, each day or portion thereof during which a violation occurs or exists shall constitute and be a separate violation and offense.
