Huron Avenue from Wayne Street to Monroe Street;
Milan Road from Scott Street to Perkins Avenue;
Monroe Street from Edgewater Street to First Street;
Ninth Street from Cleveland Avenue to the east corporation line of the City;
Perkins Avenue from the east corporation line of the City to Milan Road, then from Milan Road into the Venice Road cut-off;
