(a) No person shall violate any provisions of this Code, adopted herein, or of this chapter; nor shall any person fail to comply with any order made thereunder , or any certificate or permit issued thereunder, and from which no appeal has been taken, or shall fail to comply with such an order as affirmed or modified by the Board of Appeals or by a court of competent jurisdiction, within the time fixed herein.
(b) The penalty for violations of the Ohio Fire Code or this chapter shall be as set forth in Section 1501.99.
