1501.03 DEFINITIONS.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings ascribed to them respectively:

(a) "Chief" or "Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention”means the Fire Chief of this City or his designated representative.

(b) "Corporation counsel" means the Law Director of the City of Sandusky or his or her designated representative.

(c) "Jurisdiction" means the City of Sandusky, Ohio.

(d) "Building Code"as referred to in the "Ohio Fire Prevention Code", means the adopted edition of the Ohio Basic Building Code.
