1501.02 DUTIES OF FIRE CHIEF AND BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION.

The Fire Prevention Code shall be enforced by the Fire Chief, except that the Fire Chief may delegate enforcement authority to those members of the Division of Fire that are assigned to the Bureau of Fire Prevention which shall be under the direct supervision of the Fire Chief.
