(a) There is adopted by reference, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property for fire or explosion, that certain code known as the "Ohio Fire Prevention Code" as adopted by the City Commission , effective immediately , and any subsequent editions or revisions thereof, save and except those portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended by this chapter, of which one copy has been and is now filed in the office of the Clerk of the City Commission, and the same is adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, the provision thereof shall be controlling within the limits of the City.
(b) One copy of this code shall also be placed in the Sandusky Bay Law Library Association Library and copies of said code shall be available by the Clerk of the City Commission at cost. (Ord. 95-185. Passed 10-23-95.)
