All sewage and waste water emanating from a mobile home shall be discharged into a sanitary sewerage system approved by the City Engineer by means of a sewer connection, which shall be of extra heavy cast iron, and not be less than 4 inches in diameter. The sewer connection shall contain a vertical riser at the base of which is provided an extra heavy cast-iron "P" trap, the water level of which shall be protected from freezing. The top of the riser shall terminate with a hub end 2 inches above grade, and shall be encased with a concrete collar at least 6 inches thick and extending at least 6 inches from the side of the pipe hub. A ½-inch expansion collar shall be placed between the pipe and concrete. A snug-fitting plug or cap shall be furnished with each sewer opening. Each outlet from a mobile drainage system shall be provided with a flexible sewer connector or equally approved device. The sewer connector shall be connected directly to the sewer connection.
