No application for a mobile home park shall be approved, nor shall a mobile home park be permitted or maintained thereafter, unless the sanitary standards of the Department of Health, including, but not limited to, the regulations relating to garbage and trash containers, racks and rack locations, rodent and insect control, and garbage and trash collection and removal, are adhered to and complied with.
