The following minimum yard requirements shall apply to any mobile home park facilities building:
(a) Minimum front yard - 50 feet;
(b) Minimum side yard - 25 feet;
(c) Minimum rear yard - 25 feet; except if abutting onto a dedicated public right-of-way, 35 feet.
