No wiring shall be concealed from sight or shall be used or supplied with electrical current, until approved by the Electrical Inspector. No wiring, other than conduit, shall be installed in any building until all ventilating, heating and plumbing mains and risers have been installed, except where plans are submitted showing the exact locations of all wiring, ventilating, heating and plumbing systems.
