When the Electrical Contractor has completed the entire installation of wiring, devices and equipment, with the exception of the fixtures, he shall notify the Electrical Inspector, who shall, within a reasonable time of notification, inspect the complete installation. If the installation should pass inspection, the Electrical Inspector shall leave his ticket of approval covering the completed installation. After the fixtures are installed and ready for service, the Electrical Contractor shall notify the Electrical Inspector, who shall, within a reasonable time, inspect the same. If the completed installation should pass inspection, then the Electrical Inspector shall notify the local electric utility of the completion of the job and authorize connection to the installation.
