Sexually oriented businesses are classified as follows:
(a) Adult arcades;
(b) Adult bookstores, adult novelty stores, or adult video stores;
(c) Adult cabarets;
(d) Adult motels;
(e) Adult motion picture theaters;
(f) Adult theaters;
(g) Escort agencies;
(h) Nude or semi-nude model studios;
(i) Sexual encounter establishments or centers;
(j) Adult entertainment out-call service in the form of semi-nude dancing or exhibition; and
(k) Any combination of the classifications set forth in subsections (a) through (j) hereof.
