973.01 CITY MANAGER TO MAKE REGULATIONS FOR MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL.

The City Manager shall promulgate and publish rules and regulations, establish other charges incidental to the daily operation and management of the Municipal Wave-Action Swimming Pool at the Surfs Up Aquatic Center as he deems necessary or advisable, and file these rules and regulations with the Clerk of the City Commission.
