955.24 RODENT-INFESTED PREMISE A NUISANCE.

It shall be unlawful for the owner, tenant, lessee, or occupant of any premises to maintain them in a vermin- or rodent-infested condition, or permit any premises to become so infested. These infested premises are declared a nuisance. (Ord. 10-055. Passed 6-28-10.)
