955.23 FEEDING OF WILDLIFE AND DOMESTICATED ANIMALS OR FOWL.
   (a)   It shall be unlawful for any person to feed wild birds other than in suitable containers for the food, elevated at least 48 inches above ground level.
   (b)   It shall be unlawful for any person to feed other wildlife, on public or private property, in quantities in excess of that which will be consumed during the daylight hours of the day of the instant feeding.
   (c)   It shall be unlawful for any person to place food for the feeding of domesticated fowl, birds or animals except in the containers as will prevent the scattering of the food upon the ground. After the feeding, the food shall not be allowed to remain where it is available to rodents.
