No person shall engage in the collection and removal of the contents of privy vaults or sewage tanks, swill, garbage, rubbish combustible or noncombustible, or offal until a permit therefor is obtained from the Department of Health or authority having charge of such operation. The permit shall be issued for those periods of time as deemed advisable by the Department of Health and shall state the conditions under which the material shall be removed and method of disposal. Any permit may be revoked at any time by the Department of Health for sufficient cause. (Ord. 10-055. Passed 6-28-10.)
