(a) For each permit issued by the City Engineer as set forth in Section 933.11, a fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall be charged together with an inspection fee of eighty dollars ($80.00). These fees shall accompany the application for a permit.
(b) The inspection fee shall be for two inspections of the work done. Any additional inspections necessary, in the opinion of the City Engineer, shall be paid for by the owner at the rate of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) each.
