933.10 PRIVATE WASTEWATER DISPOSAL.
   (a)   Where a public sanitary or combined sewer is not available under the provisions of Section 933.09(d), the building sewer shall be connected to a private wastewater disposal system.
   (b)   Any private wastewater disposal system, as provided in subsection (a) hereof, shall conform to all applicable City, county, and state laws and codes. The owner of a private wastewater disposal facility shall operate and maintain the facilities in a sanitary manner at all times, at no expense to the City.
   (c)   Portable toilets meeting all public health regulations are not prohibited by the terms of this chapter.
   (d)   At such time as a public sewer becomes available to a property served by a private wastewater disposal system, as provided in subsection (a) hereof, a direct connection shall be made to the public sewer in compliance with this chapter, and any septic tanks, cesspools, and similar private wastewater disposal facilities shall be cleaned of sludge and filled with suitable material.
