933.03 SEWER CONNECTIONS; INSPECTION REQUIRED.

Connection to any sanitary sewer or storm sewer shall not be made except by a licensed sewer tapper or sewer builder and no connection or sewer or trench in which the sewer is laid shall be covered or filled until the work has been inspected and approved by the City Engineer and backfill authorized.
