The Superintendent or his representatives or Housing Code Compliance Officer, after giving advance notice to the owner or agent having charge, shall have the authority to enter upon private premises at reasonable times for the purpose of examining and inspecting any suspected nuisance tree. All nuisance trees so designated under the provision of Section 917.14 may be appropriately marked by the Superintendent or Housing Code Compliance Officer.
