A person who receives an order from the Superintendent or Housing Code Compliance Officer and objects to all or a part thereof, may, within fourteen days of receipt thereof, notify the Superintendent or Housing Code Compliance Officer in writing of his desire to appeal the order. The appeal is presented to the Sandusky City Tree Commission which, by a majority vote, may affirm, reverse or modify the order.
