913.10 LIGHTS AND BARRICADES.

The person doing any excavating in any street, alley, or public grounds in the City shall place and maintain on the banks of the trench proper barricades and lights to guarantee the public against accidents during the progress of the work in accordance with standards of the Department of Engineering.
