913.06 BLASTING.

No blast shall be fired within 5 feet of any public or private sewer, water main, gas pipe, conduit, or any other underground service which may be in any way injured by the blast. All blasting shall be covered with mats in such a manner as to confine the rock to the trench in which the blast is located.
