All applications for permits shall give the precise location of the property, number of the lot, the name of the street, the name of the owner, and the name of the licensed excavator, sewer tapper, and sewer builder employed to do the work and shall be filed with the City at least 24 hours previous to the opening of the trench or commencing the work. No permits shall be deemed to authorize anything not stated in the application, and for any misrepresentation in the application, the permit of the licensed excavator, sewer tapper, or sewer builder shall be suspended and if the misrepresentation appears to be willful, his license may be revoked for a period of 6 months.
