The fee for licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for each month, or any part thereof, during which a temporary store is to be operated. If the location of the temporary store is not owned by the applicant or is leased for less than 120 days, it shall be prima facie evidence that a license is required. (Ord. 95-124. Passed 7-10-95.)
