741.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
