A nonrefundable fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be paid upon application for a solicitor's license. If a solicitor's license is granted by the City Manager, an additional fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be paid for each person, other than the applicant, who shall solicit within the City under the authority of such solicitor's license. In the case of sales from a vehicle, the fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall apply to each such vehicle.
