Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. The imposition of penalties herein prescribed shall not preclude the Director of Law from instituting an appropriate action or proceeding to prevent unlawful operation of an indoor firing range or perform unlawful activity on or about any indoor firing range premise.
