Arcades shall have signs prohibiting smoking and the consumption of alcohol on the premises and shall be posted in at least two locations at such arcades. At least one such sign shall be posted at the entrance to the arcade and plainly visible to persons entering therein; the other such sign shall be plainly posted within the arcade premises. Each sign shall state:
"NO SMOKING"
"NO CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES"
The text of such signs shall be in letters at least two inches high.
