705.05 GAMBLING DEVICES.

The City Manager shall not issue a license or a registration to any exhibitor, person or entity for any machine, device or instrument without first having received a certificate from the Chief of Police that the machine, device or instrument is not in any manner in violation of Ohio R.C. Chapter 2915, Gambling, or as such Chapter may hereafter be amended.
